What are my changing beliefs?

For a woman, the big event in the life is childbirth.

It was an opportunity to learn that raising a baby you are not able to do everything by one's effort.
Character and life are different with the parent.

I have learned more things about animals and human beings.
Before marriage, a human being should to be a highest animal as a lord of creation, but I have changed the idea with childbirth. 
Now I have the belief animals are the same.

These results of changing beliefs come from the experience of having and raising a baby.
This evidence of changing beliefs has showed that we have been learning from own experience as resource.
This method is called “andragogy” in adult learning.
Various experiences contain not only happiness but also tragedy in the life events.
Each person always has different changing to live in the better condition.

We have realized the obstacles; diseases, death, accident, etc. life at the moment and to live in a better way, we create the different way of living.

What is my core?

My core is the center of body called “tanden” physically.
It is similar to chakra and located inside part of the body behind/under the navel.

Mentally, living peacefully is my core spirit, too.
In brain function theory, brain and mind are almost same.
I don’t need to worry about what is core though.
All is one and one is everything like Taoism that relates to nature.
Understanding of the concept, “let it be”, leads to strong and peaceful mind.

I think keeping the core means having strong center as a human being physically and mentally.

What are my beliefs?

I have basic belief that human beings can change quikly.
Finding the example which is a lot of individual conditions, it would come out in detail. These are so many and they are not easy to count.
So I sometimes think of beliefs to be things such as habits.
Because action brings in habits, beliefs also are the idea to make it a habitual behavior.

Then, I think developing my daily behavior is important by affirmations.
At first, it is hard to believe I can change my attitude, using everyday affirmation.

By academic research of brain function, there are 4 kinds of way to open our attention as same as RAS.
Firstly, it’s the crisis of one’s death or danger.  Secondly, to repeat something deeply causes a meditation level. Then 3rd is inspiration like “a-ha” experience. Last is affirmation.

These actions; introduce 4 ways to open our mind also might be my beliefs.
In addition, it is one of my beliefs that to read about personal couching is my proposed accomplishments to have confidence.

Are some beliefs more important than others?

I think there aren’t more important beliefs.
Because I choice the importance of beliefs depending on the situation.
Changing the situation means choosing the importance and belief.
The value of belief changes, what is my goal?  As I can have many goals, it’s possible to have various beliefs at once.

For example, it may be arrogant for me, even if I have magnificent ambition to want to save human kind, the earth and the world.
If I forgot my responsibility to my family, I would think everyone around me couldn’t allow my behavior.
Another way of thinking, I am controlled by the value of other’s mindset.

Changing goals cause different levels of thought, belief and behavior.
Holding on to one belief means settling on one place.
I appreciate changing my beliefs in response for each situation.

When I recognize the best belief in this world, it would be time to die or be a yoga master or a mountain hermit.

Why are beliefs so important?

We have been creating our character by experience which made from the behavior
Then we behave by beliefs.
The dream would be over in a dream if I don’t follow the changes based on different belief; because your behavior changes by beliefs.

What scotomas do I have?

Scotoma is a blind spot of eyes physiologically and the phenomenon that human doesn’t see the fact of not interested things psychologically.

We don’t know what scotoma is firstly, we will know it after finding what a blind spot is psychologically and physiologically.

Thinking about scotoma means looking back reflectively.
It is easy to discover that everyday things are usually scotoma.
Greatest scotoma which I think of is "I don’t know what I do not know".
As for it, "docta ignorantia (the recognition of human ignorance)" of Socrates is correct and needed.

Therefore it was necessary for us to behave in a way to recognize what we do not see.
I feel it is fear. But from the view of brain function, everyone has scotoma and we can create future as we want; this is huge relief.

In daily life, I understand and find small things as scotomas with reflective thinking.
The most important thing is the mindset of awareness; "docta ignorantia”.

役立つツールとしての身体表現とは

そこはかとなく、気配を察することができる。
動きながら、作りながら、表現しながら、感じながら、
いくつものことをやらないといけないが・・・
これは、皆がしていることの一部でもある。

人前で注目されながらそれをやるってこと。

これは結構、経験が必要だ。

だから、一緒に踊りませんか?

2010年12月11日代行になりました。

12月11日大田区民プラザでのGUキッズのレッスンは、代行になりました。
